God's Church:
Pastor Dale will be preaching his closing sermon at Wedgwood on October 13 by revisiting his first sermon he preached eight years ago. He will be preaching out of Matthew 16 titled God's Church
Reception for the Braswells:
There will be a come and go reception for the Braswell family as they embark on a new area of ministry. The reception will be from 2-4 pm on October 13 in our CLC
Deacon Nominations:
Deacon Nominations are underway. Go to the home page and click on the green tab that says Deacon Nominations or go by our office and get a hard copy of the nomination form. Make sure you ask the person you want to nominate before you turn his or her name in.
Ministerial Staff Appreciation:
October is Ministerial Staff Appreciation. Several of the MCs have been assigned a certain ministerial staff member, but there are also baskets with the ministerial staff names in the foyer outside of the worship center. Feel free to drop cards and gift cards in those baskets for a specific staff member.

Gene Staples have been with us a few time before from Hope Church in Las Vegas. Gene brings his dynamic preaching to Wedgwood on October 20th from 1 Corinthians 3. You don't want to miss.
Dr. Richard Ross:
Dr. Ross, who most of know and love, will be preaching on October 27. His message is all about emphasizing the importance of prayer in our lives.
Neighborhood Quest:
This is our version of a trick or treat that also helps us engage in great community conversations as we hand out candy and have fun at specific neighborhood houses. This is Thursday October 31st starting around 6ish.
Evening of Worship:
The Worship Ministry is hosting an Evening of Worship with choir, band, and media team on November 17 at 6:00 p.m.. Come and spend this intimate time of worship as we reflect over the years with some of the most worshipful and connective songs from the choir and congregation.
