Engaging our Community

A week to come together and show the love of God to our community. From morning service projects to evening events for the family, we will be out loving our community. 

2023 Week Opportunities

Wedgwood Family Camp:
  • Thursday Preschool Night
    • Dinner Set Up (4:30-6:00pm)
       Move grill, ice chests, and serving tables for all food items to the park
      • Prepare grill, set up serving tables with paper goods, chips, drinks
      • Drinks? Water bottles in ice chest or make lemonade and take to park on cart
    • Dinner Cook and Clean Up Team (6:00-8:00pm)
      • Prepare food on grill
      • Help serve food
      • Help clean up food and take all items back to church
      • Wash any items in kitchen, dry, and put where they belong
    • Activity Set Up Team (4:30pm-6:00pm)
      • 2 Adults with trucks to help load and unload items from church to park
      • Move items needed for all activities to park
      • Move 1 table for each activity to park
      • Use map layout provided for placing tables and activities
    • Volunteers to engage with families from our church and community (6:00pm-8:00pm)
      2 volunteers or 1 couple at each activity for 6 activities
    • Clean Up Team (7:30pm-8:30pm)
      • 2 Volunteers with trucks to help load and unload all needed supplies
      • Clean Up any trash
      • Clean Up Activities
      • Move all items back to the church
  • Friday Elementary Night
    • Dinner Setup Team (5:30-6:30) 4 people
    • Dinner Serve Team (6:30-7:00) 6 people
    • People that will lead a station activity (12 people)
    • Volunteers to engage with people throughout the night (25 people)
    • Clean Up Team (7:30pm-8:30pm)​

    • Trash Team: 6:45pm – 8:15pm (3 people)
    • Chalk Art Judges: 7:30pm – 8:00pm (3 people)
    • DJ: 6:15pm – 8:00pm (1 Person)
    • Clean up team: 7:45pm – 8:30pm (15 people)
    • Greeters / Welcome team: 6:15pm – 7:15pm (4 people)
