Talking Points with your family:
What were the two disciples talking about as they walked to Emmaus? The reports about how Jesus was crucified (died on the cross) and now his body was missing.
What did Jesus teach the two disciples about as he walked along with them? The meaning of the Scripture and what it says about Jesus.
As soon as they discovered that the mystery man was Jesus, what did they do? They immediately went to Jerusalem to tell everyone what they had witnessed.
Read Mark 9:7. What was revealed about Jesus on that mountain? Jesus is God's son.
